Thank you to everyone who joined us this year at The Brewery for the Bobby Moore Fund Celebrity Sports Quiz, and congratulations to the winning team – The Tic Tac Boys.
With your help we raised over £194,000 towards cutting edge bowel cancer research.
Teams of 10 not only enjoyed an action packed sports quiz, but also a superb three-course dinner and exclusive auction which included the opportunity to join Olympic Gold Medallist James De Gale MBE in the boxing ring.
Guests also enjoyed the delights of our MCs Clive Tyldesley and Clare Tomlinson and were put to the test by our quiz hosts Hazel Irvine, Max Rushden and Charlie Webster.
We were also joined by an array of sporting celebrity guests including Roy Hodgson, Kriss Akabusi MBE, Matthew Upson, George Parris, Ebony-Jewel Rainford-Brent, Jacqui Oatley, Phil Parkinson and Matt Teale.
